The DOGDAYS must soon draw to an end – we all need a BREAK from the doldrums and drought.

Please join me on Sunday, September 4th (from 2-5) for music in the gallery with The Twilight Trio.

Tickets are $20 – RSVP now for number in your party:  (include your phone number)

There’s an ever widening circle of friends who enjoy the music, art and gatherings, here on the cliff above  the Pedernales River.  I hope you’ll add to the circle by inviting someone new to share this experience.

I’ll be introducing my summer’s work, two Urn Series: Sweet Souls and Return to Earth.  I’ve made custom funeral urns for several years.  These urns are elegant, nature inspired tributes to those we love and have lost.

Hope to see you and your guests in the gallery for a great afternoon of retro roots music, from The Twilight Trio.  Don’t miss it!

Email me at to reserve your place.  Be sure to include your phone number.

Pray for Rain!  and see you Sunday, September 4 from 2-5, at Shade Tree Potter’s Gallery.

Guzman, Fox, Hardin Trio: Music in the Gallery

We enjoyed Guzman Fox Hardin a year ago, in the gallery, and I couldn’t wait to have them back again!  They’ll be here Sunday, March 13, playing from 3 – 5 with a potluck gathering before, during and after.  So, come enjoy the day with old friends and new ones you’ll meet on the porch.

Reservations Only: BYOB  /  Potluck Appetizer to Share  / Carpool is always great!

Hope to see you in the crowd. Susie

“Joel Guzman is one of the finest musicians I have ever worked with. He is truly inspirational. I never put Joel in (recording) situation where he didn’t have a problem that he could not solve. Everybody is always impressed with his work, even those unfamiliar with his work. He definitely looks beyond the standard and norms in what he is working on. and always looking to expand.”

Their director, Cecil Francis is a celebrated pan drum master.  He will be the primary player on Saturday and will be joined by two young students. Come enjoy the music, art and glorious wildflowers.  The band will be collecting tips to add to their educational program.  Great Fun!
